Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to Section 7, Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement of the law is known. As soon as we become aware of any violations of the law, we will remove this content immediately.

The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. As soon as we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.

Data protection declaration of Michael Poliza GmbH

The protection of your privacy and personal data is of great importance to Michael Poliza GmbH. We also pay great attention to this aspect in the implementation of our Internet activities. Our data protection practice is therefore in line with the applicable data protection regulations and legal requirements.

In order to best protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized third parties, we use technical and organizational security measures that we continuously optimize in line with technical and legal developments.

At this point we would like to explain to you what personal data we collect from you and what we use it for. We will also tell you who they are shared with, how we protect your data and how you can change your data.

What is personal data?
Personal data is information that can be used to find out your identity. This includes information such as your name, address, postal address, IP address, telephone number or your e-mail address. Information that is not directly associated with your real identity (such as favorite websites or the number of users of a site) is not included.

What is anonymized data?
Every time the content of our website is accessed, general information is automatically saved (e.g. number and duration of users of individual pages). This data is not personal and is therefore processed in an anonymous form. Information of this type is for statistical purposes only and is used by us to optimize our website.

What data do we collect from you?
We collect personal data from you to process the offers and services you have selected. This is done, for example, by filling out a form, participating in sweepstakes or opinion polls, evaluating travel services, sending e-mails or using online services.

Please note that personal data of fellow travelers may be collected, particularly when booking tourist services. You should therefore ensure that any information relating to third parties is provided by you with the consent of those people.

How do we use and process your personal data?
The object of our company is, among other things, the organization of tourism services and the associated services, billing and services. The collection, processing and use of data takes place in order to fulfill these purposes.

Insofar as we collect your personal data exclusively as part of the use of this website, we use it to design the content of a contractual relationship via telemedia services and to improve the quality of our online service. When you participate in sweepstakes, we use your data to process them. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect and process your data for compiling the content and for shipping.

If your personal data is collected and processed in connection with the reservation or booking of a tourist service, we use it within the scope of the purpose of the contractual relationship and to process the associated services.

A collection, processing and use of your personal data for advertising or market research purposes takes place exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions. You can object to the use of your data in this context at any time. In particular, whenever your data is used for advertising, market or opinion research purposes, we will inform you that you can object at any time or provide a simple way to unsubscribe (e.g. as a link).

Who do we share your personal information with?
For the execution and processing of the tourism services booked by you, we forward your personal data to the partners involved (these are, for example, airlines, hoteliers, travel agents, car rental companies, billing and distribution system service providers or travel insurance). Your data will only be transmitted to the extent that this is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship and is legally permissible.

In the context of competitions, we forward your data to the respective competition partner, insofar as this is necessary for the redemption of a prize.

In connection with subscribing to newsletters, we forward personal data to our service provider used for shipping. In connection with the use of online services, we forward your data to our online system service providers. Personal data is only collected or transmitted to state institutions and authorities within the framework of mandatory legal provisions. The sale of personal data, in particular addresses, to third parties does not take place.

How do we protect your data?
In order to process your personal data as securely as possible, we use the secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol for data transmission between your computer and our server, especially when booking. This means that the data transmission is always encrypted.

The storage of your personal data takes place exclusively in compliance with the legal regulations within the Federal Republic of Germany and the USA. The Safe Harbor Agreement recognized by the EU also applies to the storage of data in the USA.

Insofar as we forward data to our service providers as part of the services described here, they are bound to contractual specifications with us on the subject of data protection in addition to the mandatory statutory provisions.

Right to information/your rights
You are entitled, upon request and free of charge, to receive information about the data stored about you. Furthermore, you have the right to correct, delete or block incorrect data. Under certain circumstances, legal regulations, in particular with regard to data for billing and accounting purposes, may prevent deletion.

If you have any questions, requests or comments on the subject of data protection, please send an email to Michael Poliza GmbH: info@mp-experiences.de.

The rapid development of the Internet makes it necessary to make adjustments to our data protection regulations from time to time. You will be informed about the changes at this point.

Use of cookies
When you visit our website, information is stored on your computer in the form of a cookie within your browser software. It stores information about your use of the website. The use of cookies makes it easier for you to use the functions, since we recognize your computer on another visit, making it easier for you to enter data again.

The cookies we use (small files with configuration information) help to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website and to enable you to make full use of the service.

Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. However, you can deactivate the storage of cookies or set your browser so that it notifies you as soon as cookies are sent. You also have the option of deleting the stored cookies from your hard drive at any time.

In order to be able to make a booking, the use of cookies is required. A limited use of our services is also possible without cookies.

Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you can if applicable not use all functions of this website in full.

By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

You can object to data collection and storage at any time with effect for the future. You can download the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our website uses the anonymization function of Google Analytics. As a result, IP addresses are only stored and processed in a shortened form, so that no personal reference can be made.

Important for travelers to the USA
A US federal terrorism law requires airlines to provide US immigration officials with each passenger's flight and reservation information prior to embarkation. Entry into the USA is not possible without this data transmission.

Links to Other Sites
Our online offer contains links to other websites. This privacy statement does not extend to other providers. We have no influence on whether their operators comply with the data protection regulations and therefore assume no responsibility for the correctness, topicality and completeness of the information provided there.
